In consideration for registering and paying U.S. funds to participate in the activities of the Los Angeles Police Cancer Support Group, I hereby agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Los Angeles Police Department, Los Angeles Fire Department, LAPD Cancer Support Group, The City Of Los Angeles, members, representatives, sponsors, volunteers, and employees, from any and all liabilities, tort claims, injuries, damages, lost of property arising in connection with my (our) participation in The RIDE TO ARREST CANCER. Specifically such activities including by not limited to: Riding bicycles on city streets and on city property, travel to and from all sites (Police Stations and Fire Station), and participating in the Heath Fair and Lunch on city property.
